RTG Warranty
Range Tactical Gear LLC hereby warrants each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. Range Tactical Gear LLC will re-place without charge any Range Tactical Gear LLC manufactured product, part or component thereof, which is defective in material or workmanship (other than transportation charges, which shall be borne by the purchaser/user), if notified in writing of such defect by the purchaser/user within such period. Range Tactical Gear LLC liability for defective parts and components not manufactured by Range Tactical Gear llc but included in Range Tactical Gear LLC products (such as wheels and hardware) is necessarily limited to the warranty or guarantee provided by the manufacturer or supplier of such parts or components. Range Tactical Gear LLC reserves the right to require the purchaser/user to return the defective product, part or component thereof to Range Tactical Gear LLC factory for inspection, as well as the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim in its sole discretion. Range Tactical Gear LLC shall not extend to replacing the unit nor to any other expenses associated with the unit, parts, or components. This warranty shall not apply and shall be void under the following conditions:
1. Range Tactical Gear LLC product has not been purchased from Range Tactical Gear LLC or an authorized representative of Range Tactical Gear LLC. 2. Range Tactical Gear LLC product has been transferred to the new owner. 3. Any part of Range Tactical Gear LLC product has been altered, modified, or changed, except by Range Tactical Gear LLC or with Range Tactical Gear LLC written authorization. 4. Attachments or devices unsuitable to Range Tactical Gear products have been used on or in conjunction with it. 5. Range Tactical Gear LLC product has not been installed, used, operated, handled, or serviced in accordance with the applicable instruction manual. 6. Range Tactical Gear LLC product is a replacement part or component which is installed in a previously sold (used) piece of equipment. 7. Abuse, misuse, or regular wearing of parts.
Range Tactical Gear LLC reserves the right to make changes in design or improvements in its products without obligation whatsoever to the prior Purchaser-User of such products. Range Tactical Gear LLC will pass on to a Purchaser-User only such warranty as it shall receive on products or components, not of its manufactured from the manufacturer or supplier thereof. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness and of any other obligation on the part of Range Tactical Gear LLC, and may not be altered, modified, or changed in any way except in writing by an officer of Range Tactical Gear LLC. Range Tactical Gear LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from the use of its products or otherwise or for any special or consequential damages of any nature.
